She began her career in the dental field as an Office Manager in January 2006 and has since developed a deep understanding of dental insurance, team management, and creating an exceptional patient experience. Becky excels at ensuring smooth office operations while helping the team foster a friendly and inviting environment. Her dedication to efficiency, organization, and outstanding patient service makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of work, Becky and her husband enjoy spending time with their four children and ten grandchildren. She has a passion for singing, creating, hiking, and traveling, especially exploring State and National Parks and historic places.

Kristi Dudley has been dedicated to the dental field since graduating from dental school in 2006. She played a key role in opening the practice in 2023, starting as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front desk. In addition to welcoming patients with a warm smile, she helps with sterilization and operatory setup, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and staff. Kristi is passionate about easing dental anxiety and making every visit as comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, Kristi cherishes time with her husband of 15 years and their three amazing children. She loves watching her kids play sports and values every moment spent with her family.

With over 35 years of experience in the dental field, Staci Ramey brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to Richmond Endodontics. Her career has spanned pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and now endodontics, where her calm demeanor and attention to detail help create a reassuring environment for patients undergoing specialized care.
Staci is certified in CPR, OSHA compliance, radiology, and expanded duties, ensuring she provides the highest level of support and safety in every procedure. Her dedication to patient comfort and her commitment to continuing education make her an invaluable part of the Richmond Endodontics team.

Shjuantial is a dedicated Dental Assistant who graduated from dental assisting school in 2022. She began her career in orthodontics and has since transitioned to endodontics, where she continues to provide exceptional patient care. Shjuantial is passionate about dentistry because she loves helping people feel confident about their smiles and enjoys educating patients on the importance of oral health.
Outside of work, she stays active by exercising, cherishes time with her family, enjoys going to concerts, and loves binging her favorite TV shows.
